Respirable Silica Worker Training - Construction
Part 1 - The Basics
What is this Course About?
This course is designed to meet the basic OSHA training requirements under the Respirable Crystalline Silica Standard. This is Part 1 of a 2 step process. While this course covers the general aspects of the Silica Standard, employer requirements and the health effects of silica, your employer must provide additional details regarding how silica concerns are handled at your specific jobsite. That training, which we refer to as Part 2 of the training, can be provided as part of your onsite orientation or online, if you employer opts to use that option, using the sign in information that your employer provides.
